Small-batch or made to order pieces: please allow up to 2-4 weeks
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Returns
We want you to truly love your Bay Horse piece. If there is a fault or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebayhorseaustralia@gmail.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
Return Cost
Return postage costs are not covered by The Bay Horse. Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved returns.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:
Personalised and made to order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
Change of mind returns are not accepted
As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are reviewed individually and can only be offered where stock is available at the time of assessment.
Every Bay Horse piece is imperfectly perfect. Slight variations in patchwork, colour, stitching, or finish are part of the beauty of sustainable, small-batch handmade craftsmanship, making each item truly unique.
